Second time RP Finger print problem

Dear folks ,

Already I had RP in Qatar it was cancelled by one year before , now I came in new visa ,I did medical test it was cleared next I went to forensic department for finger printing , the first time I forget to write my old id number so it was failed, in second time I wrote the id number in application paper but still moi not updated my finger print or is there any technical problem , if anybody has same problem pls reply me
