Security deposit claim

I just got my security cheque after long long chase. however, not the amount I 've expected to get lots of nonsense deduction but this is better than nothing..god is good all the time :) may god bless u "THE WALL"

I need advice. I have recently deposited for a Villa but had not signed any tenancy agreement. Unfortunately, at the last minute we could not agree the conditions of the Villa so finally I decided not to rent the Villa. My question is do the landlord has the right to withhold the deposit? Appreciate anybody advice.

If your Rental Contract was endorsed by the Muncipality then you can go the Rental Dispute office on C Ring Road next to Muntazah Park!
