Setting up small eCommerce website in Qatar

Hello Everybody,

I want to setup a small website from where I will display some Tech and Traditional products with my phone number to contact. The people can call me if they are interested in the product and I will make the delivery and get the cash on delivery (No credit card integration). For this kind of website, do I need to register it as a company or I can work unregistered? I need to know the laws regarding this matter.
