Morning people..

This trainer of mine giving me really a hard time.. I have recently join this company.. And I am going to replace her as she is leaving. she is the one who will train me for my job responsibilities.. It's been 16 days i am being trained under her and still one month to go.. So here is the thing, during this training I feel she is trying to rule and dominate me.. Rather thn focusing on product training she focus on rules and regulation of the company.. She has company sponsorship and I have family sponsorship.. God knows what she wants from me she feels i am not giving my 100%. The person who took my interview who was operation head suddenly left the company to whom I was suppose to report. Now there is no one to whom I am going to report except her. but we both are sharing same designation but of course she is my sr. Many times she told me that she wants me to be more devoted towards the company and she wants to see me working hard.. I am giving my 100% but she feels I am not. The other day she told me when she was new in the company she could learn everything so fast in few days she was so expert... She canceled my weekly off as she feels that I will be spending more time in the office. Now for next 15 days I will not be having any off.. And rather then giving me off on Saturday or Friday she will be giving me off on Tuesday. So I will not be having time to spend with my family.. I don't know how to deal with it. Yesterday she complaind about me to the management and I gotta call from them asking about the company and how important this job is for meand wther I am serious for this job and how my repo is with my co workers.. I answered then softly in a very positive way by saying I have good repo with the co workers and I am very serious about my job. now I have no clue what should  be done in this matter... Should I sit with the managment and sort out this thing as I am new I feel they won't lisen to me or quit the job which I have got after triying very hard..Need advice

Listen her, some bosses need buttering , do that also , she may has other aim to force you to quit this job and the boss want to hire his friends or relatives. If you quit she will win and you will lose. If she or he makes you angry with work, that mean she rule on you. Her aim to make you nervous and frustrated , if you be then again he won here too. SO keep patient after all you are Boss there later, but learn this lesson and don't rule your other juniors.

Putting myself in your shoes, I take that as an initial challenge. Like you said she's senior so just take all the good ones she's training you for and don't mind the ugly bits - it's just mind over matter ....soon enough you will be he show man of your post so hang in there :)

Just be patient, the difficult days will pass, and in the end you will benefit.

Firstly, you shouldn’t even think of quitting the job, if it is a good job minus the current issue.

Secondly, such things are quite common...not all bosses are as cool as me... and even I dont get cool bosses at times...:) But that doesnt mean I would start thinking to quit so soon. And it is matter of one month when you would have replaced her so just hang in there...everything will be alright. Dont worry about not being able to spend time with your family and all for this short period. You can catch up with them after a while.

16 days is too less to complain any thing. I would suggest you to comply with her for some more days.
