Slightly confused with continuous missed calls from +224 code.

I have been getting miss calls from unknown numbers quite manier times atleast once in a week they start with a code +224. I have called back one day and could listen to a lady speaking in hindi and found her conversation irritating,she also told me that she belongs to doha where her number is from another country might be Guinea. I just wanted to know if it is any scam or just a random call. I dint dare to call back again.
its a clear scammmm...don't answer it and just simply ignore it..put your mobile on a silent mode specially as night so as not to disturbe you from sleeping.....

you received the call its not a miss call... or u called when you saw the miss call on your phone.. :P
I too got a miss call frm the same number saying I am Sulieman from QL...:(
I just threw some nice words to his ears and disconnected the line...
Again, i receive the call frm the same number saying, I am Yasir from QL...:(
I said, "So what should i do " ? lol
Spam. Ignore the call.

I am using Samsung Mobile, when i receive the calls from these spam no, my phone, shows the country name. the names i received so far is Latvia & Georgia.
i had called back coz of sum reason .. dont worry much about the call back cost .. it costed me around 80 dirhams i guess .. an auto responder lady was speaking in some foreign language
just ignore it..
I m also getting missed calls from +224 specially at odd timings.
i also receive missed call daily on that +224 number but i don't bother to respond or call it... it's a scam...
That's the magic from ooredoo , full of spams and scams
It's a scam...i have heard that if we call back to such a no from where missed call received, we will lose money.
