Smoking in public area

Hello dears

There is 2 Egyptians smocking in the public area, where we have children playing and many family is staying nearby flats. We had requested them through posters like" please don't smoke in the corridor". But useless. They are continuing, we complained to the building owner also no use. What to do now?Please advice

Yup! Take them out to dinner or send some gifts to their families my pal. Perhaps you can put up posters in Arabic as they may not be understanding the posters in English.

The keywords being "the public area".. You could try speaking to Baladiya but I wouldn't hold out much luck
