I want to do a sponsor run in Qatar for a NON PROFIT charity organization which I have been involved with in the past in Hong Kong. www.eforahk.com, which is my own web-site and is in conjunction with www.outreachasia.org

It is a fantastic organisation which helps the poor and needy in poor parts of the world.
This is run by two friends of mine ,(and is a fully registered NON PROFITABLE CHARITY ORGANIZATION). Mike & Gina Peck, who have changed the lives of so many children and families who have nothing.

What I want to know .is if there are any restrictions on doing such events in Qatar and do I need permission.
