Sponsorship change, Please advice

Good day,

I am currently on a residence permit, the sponsor is ready to give a NOC, can i go on exit and come back on my brother's sponsorship, my brother has his family on a Permanent visa.

Can i be under his sponsorship Permanent visa , is there age limit or he can just sponsor for visit visa\Business Visa for me.

Please advise

no need to exit, fill a form, take NOC from present sponsor and submit in immigaration office with all relevent documents.why you want to exit and cancle your RP. it can create more problems,age limit is 18 years, but for students age limit is more.
