Sponsorship Transfer After 1 Year

Good day! Seeking advice on this scenario...

On March 2014 I will be 1 year in my current company and I got a job offer from a new company.

Question now is will they be able to transfer my sponsorship to the new company provided that my current sponsor will give me NOC?

And how long will the transition take if ever, given the current visa situation in Qatar?

Thoughts anyone?

it depends if they will give you NOC then you can work in another company if they will not give you NOC then you have to leave this country for 2 years as ban Period is of 2 year ...
