SSS Mat-2

Hi!

I would like to ask if somebody here who had given birth in Qatar had filed their SSS Mat-2 already and its how/whereabouts specific for OFW.

As I've been trying to contact SSS Qatar thru their landline numbers, but no one is answering. One number even is playing the recorded operator assistance but still I can't get through the line. Is there anyone here who can give me an accessible contact number of SSS Qatar? I've heard that their office is somewhere in Bin Omran but I prefer to know first and bring already the requirements before I go there. I just want to clarify the requirements for MAT-2 of an OFW who gave birth here recently but had filed her MAT-1 in Philippines as we learned of the pregnancy while still in vacation.

Kabayans who can help re: my queries are greatly appreciated.
