- try not smoking in places where ur used to smoking the most, like while using the internet, driving, etc, set yourself new smoking areas (try to make them somewhat annoying), and that could help cutting down as well
- as soon as ur off long enough to feel that unpleasant taste when smoking one again, you know your on the right track, and continue motivating yourself.
cold turkey method is to just stop smoking with no aids....just decide you dont want to be a smoker and stop....its damn hard work though...Ive succeeded with hypnotherapy but im not sure if its available here...
what is the cold turkey method ?i tried so many times ,but problem is that all friends, husband, father ... are heavy smokers and I just can't imagine my hands without cigaret in one and other with "mug" of Turkish coffee !!!!
my mom is heavy smoker..she just get infection in her lungth..since then my husband stop smoking till now.. I'm so happy for him..just do more activity then u will forget your smoking habit

Tried cold turkey but obviously no good at that one. Tried a bunch of stuff.... I guess I need to work on the mental part...
Hypnotherapy sounds good.... shall try and see if its available in town.

Hypnosis works if the person wants to quit but I don't know of any here, sorry.
