student scholarship programs

hello evb there in QL . i just wanna know some legal procedures in order to get the scholarship in qatar universities and colleges. secondly , can i know the fee structure in engineering programs there for post graduates.

You would need to contact the uni/college where you want to study and ask them. Also today or yesterday in the Gulftimes they announced a talk about the different scholarships. Look it up.
