I am also a user of Sundirect and I was also having the same problem. I was not getting proper signal, I was frustrated and I thought of calling the 800 numbers of Sundirect customer care and I filed a complaint. I fell that now I am receiving a proper signal. You also can try this idea out.

AL JAZEERA QATAR, IS GOING TO BLOCK ALL DIRECT DISH SIGNALS SOON THEY GOT THE OFFICIAL TELECAST RIGHT FOR WORLD CUP.
Dish antenna movement shall imply on all channels ...But its only restricted to some now ..
well..My signal strength is 69-71%...Wats up with you guys??

Nothing wrong with signal strength, Check your dish alignment.
