Has anyone availed the Tax Residency Certificate required for availing benefits under the DTAA, as per the requirements of the Indian Income Tax Act.
I am looking for the process to go about it as all calls to the bank haven't been answered.

Lucky you GG..:) The firewalls at work have been made very strict for sometime now in our company. In fact some time back non of the sites could be opened either except for company webpage which lasted for almost 7-8 months.
