I have just completed 4 weeks (almost 1 month) after requesting “ooredoo” to transfer Mozaic connection to a different location.
I had fun not having internet and telephone for one month.
I had fun for calling ooredoo customer service at least 10 times.
I had fun for listening to customer service people saying “I will send an email now and they will call you soon” like 10 times.
I had fun for visiting their store 2 times
I had fun for receiving their calls (4 to 5 times) just to ask my location (till now no one visited my place)
I hope ooredoo will continue doing the same and give me fun for another 2 months at least.
I cant complaint about their service, mine was done withig 3 days, I give them 5*
Lol, I waited more than a month for connection. however, got it finally. This is the way they do the business and you cant expect any better. They need to induct professionals who can at least direct you with correct information. This will never happen. Happy that you had fun time with them...
I will make sure that they make u happy life long :D

Try emailing them and send them followup emails.. you might get better response... (it worked with me)

I make new one withot mozaic
then after 12 days guy came to fix then he check he said there is wiring problem you need to fix then I call 115 they give it one contact number he can fix... I call him he came my flat he fix I paid to him.. then I call 115 after 5days they ask my location am waiting for them last three hour again I call 115 then they told me there is cabinets problem we can't give u connection 1 to 3 month's .I spoke to many of them one day more then 5times no ways in the last one super man oreedoo officers told u want u can canceled the connection.... that's it now alredy one month my application still pending....
Ooredoo means " I want " ... They only want your money thats it , nothing else more?
That's the closing line when you call OOREDOO. I always tell them, I didn't choose ooredoo, Give me an alternate and see.
By the way, I went through the same wait and the best thing is they never stopped sending me bills. Check that.

I have my najoom points pending from last 6 months... I had raised complaint in May... so far no solution...
In fact, now my silver najoom changed to blue... It looks like they dont care because they are getting salary at the end of the months. But I dont know if that kind of salary is halal or haram.

Most of them didn't know what they talking about, lots of excuses, inconsistent and illiterate.
