It was a fine Friday morning when I decided to go fish market to buy fresh fish. From al sadd, I turn left in Ramada signal stop my car to give way to passing vehicle, then suddenly , the car behind me hit my rear. It wasn’t that hard, but enough to damaged my bumper and trunk. we park our car on the side so as not to disturb the traffic. I took his plate number, then we agreed to meet in morror’s office in Madinat Califa. Sadly I went there, to realized that I’m waiting for nothing. I complain to the officer in charge, I gave him the plate number, The officer asked me if I took the mobile number, which I failed to do. He told me to go another station, back of lulu hyper. I made the complain, they told me to come back after two days, because the chief is not around. My question is! Is there a hope in this situation?

Why did you turn left at Ramada signal coming from Al Saad to go to fish market :(

Anyway go to Abu Hammour police station as Xena said that is the best choice and tell your story. Very definitely there is hope.

is the correct department, it happened near their area. Madinat Khalifa wasn't the best choice.

and you need to report it as soon as possible.

Did you go to the fish market at near Abu Hammour? If so you will see there is a Traffic police department there.

They are very helpful and will track down the person who hit you. They can do it with just the registration number.

Do it soon. The longer you leave it, the more chance there is of it ending up your fault, cause in cases like these the first one to report it is usually the 'not guilty' one, but leaving it can give the other guy an opportunity to make it your fault - like saying you reversed into him - and you ran away....

Get it done immediately.

Don't give up. That was not your fault. But you have to spent time on this .
