Traffic Violation

Yesterday at Maithar I stopped for a signal. while I stop it was yellow Light but due to sudden Brake my front two Tires slightly crossed the White line,There were No Cars behind me .After turning to Red I made a slight reverse to keep me on safe side. I was not pretty sure that camara blinked or not, it was around 5:00pm, will I get a traffic Ticket.
