sir can i transfer to another employer?my three months work visit visa wll be finish on this july 15 2014.i dint have i.d pataka if im leaving this qatar next month is thre is no conflict my entry visa if ill be going back again here in qatar?

Till you have not got your medical completed and visa transferred to Work Visa you are safe.
