Transfer issue

i don't know much about this one.i guess you could have gone to the office in madina kalifa for the job transfer (not traffic dept. office opposite to the traffic dept. across the road) and could ask them regarding the proper procedure.

My doubt is that if my contract finishes than labour court will provide noc right??

But my doubt is even after getting noc can i get sponsorship transfer if no ,than what is the use of noc????

You cannot transfer means...he will not give his visa to you.

You need to exit Qatar and can join only a company that has a visa for your nationality and that also need to be female visa.

If you cancell the current visa... you can come immediately as the rule has changed. But as I said, you need to find a job in a company that has a visa for your nationality and that also need to be female visa.

You need to find this job before u exit qatar.

Else if you didnt find a job, and employer says to quickly exit the country, then come back here in tourist visa, family visa or business visa and search for job.
