Transfer of Sponsorship

Hi there. I want to ask in behalf of my friend who is under company visa. She and her husband works in the same company. Her husband's visa is Executive Manager.

As per new Qatar rule, if both parents are working, sponsorship must be under the mother. But my friend's visa is not an administrative visa, so she cannot sponsor their child. As I know, transfer of sponsorship from one company to another is possible. In this case it is company sponsor to husband sponsor. What requirements are needed for this case?
