I do it myself, it is easy, and gives me total control over my choices. The name, the airline, the timings, the route, the sector, the refund and postponement, the luggage allowance, the qmiles, online check in, even the choice of seat and more... I save the run to travel agents and having to drill down everything into, most of the times, smart acting dumb head travel agents, what I want.

I do most of my bookings now on line but it is through a Travel Agent I have only one option as per my Company rule.
