Get Saudi Transit Visa from a Travel agency for QR140 per person. Get visa approval from UAE before you leave or enquire if they can give you a visa on arrival at the border if you are an engineer or professional. I also heard about a security deposit you have to pay as a visitor which will be returned back (may be at the airport not sure). 2. Car should be in your name. 3. Pay car insurance at Saudi, and UAE borders which is valid for two weeks or 1 month please check. Easy clean road follow the sign. However time consuming at the borders 1 hour max at each. If traveling with a woman friend. An abaya would be handy if you face any problem. Take umbrella if your car has problem and you have to get out.

The procedure is simple.

if the car is under company name / bank name you need to get NOC from them.

Then go to Al Asayel (B Ring Road) for Transit Visa of Saudi Arabia:

off you go ....

Take care,

Yasir.
