Thanks for the feedback on Doha Group. I have used their services for only getting the Umrah visa. I thought they were good as I understand they are old to Doha.

DOHA GROUP think before you contact them, I just came back this morning. I had been to UMRAH with my family & had a pathetic experience with Doha group during my stay in MECCA as well as in MEDINA. Apart from the bus Driver a Sri Lankan gentle man, everything else is below average right from the hotel to the service in the 10 days stay. Just for an example, as per the schedule given by them in Doha office before leaving Doha was changed instantly once we reached MADINA, a scheduled departure after Friday prayer was changed to Saturday 7am (next day).Just imagine for expats like us who have already managed a 10 days leave taking into consideration the earlier schedule and a eleventh moment change dint go down well with many of us for various reasons. Any ways we finally managed to leave on Friday itself after lots of follow up with the people there and also with the help form the HAJ & UMRAH ministry ( Govt dept. of Saudi Arabia) in MEDINA .This is just one of the complain there are many.....I hope other people who were with me will continue with their experiences.

THINK AND DECIDE SINCE WE NEED A HASEL FREE TRIP, SO THAT WE CAN CONCENTRATE ON OUR PILGRIMAGE AT THESE TWO SACRED PLACES.
