Unpaid sick leave for an employee

Company is not providing winter clothes, also restricting staff for using personal warm clothes like jackets above the uniform! Not allowed to take unpaid personal of any kind unless sick!! Is it allowed according to labour law.

As long as your uniform is not short sleeves tops or short pants, most shopping malls like LULU and Safari have warm underclothing which you wear under your clothes or uniform. Just a suggestion.
