2 months back, i imported my wife in visit visa and got a change from the sponsor and she was hired by a company.she is not given any agreement paper nor has she signed in any paper yet.Basic salaries, allowances and other payment was discussed and fixed as they do for all other employees without agreement papers. Now i came to know that they call all the employees every morning and shout and torture inhumanly regarding sales and personal issues.Everyday they are tortured and even they dont get any day off and if they ask for or raise any voice against anything they simply deduct the money from the salary making this thing a reason. She hasnt got appointment for medical of qatari id and also her visa status is 3 month entry workpermit only now.She is completely frustrated in 1 month only and i dont think she can carry on.Pls suggest me whether i can make change to any other company or what can be the best solution so that she could remain with me and not working in that company.

ur suggestion would give me a new life...pls

If she has not gone through medical and finger printing it means she is still does not have an RP. She can resign from the company. They will send her back. You can get her to return after three months. However, just keep in mind her return fare will not be paid by her company and she will have to bear the cost.

If she continues working under such deplorable, inhuman, and torturous conditions as what you have stated, she will soon suffer a nervous breakdown. Suggest she quit the job. Health is better than wealth. Try for a job somewhere else.
