urgent advice on family visa stamping

Dear Q'lers,

My wife will be joining soon from india. She is 5 months pregnant. I hsd applied for permanent family visa and it got approved. I heard if she is coming, she wont be able to do x-rays as part of medical tests. Kindly advice any solution or alternatives. Planning to get her family visa stamped asap and s3nd back india for delivery.
