Urgent- Found a lil puppy Dog, please help what to do ?

Hi,

I have found one lil puppy dog next to our house, its hiding under the car. our neighbors don't keep this stuff neither do we.. Please let me know what to do ? its so frightened and its hiding under the car. I am not into these things so I don't know what to do.. it there any helpline I can call ? Please help else it will die of heat...

@blueboy007 Kindly try this as well they are also available in fostering abandoned animals. They are both located in Aziziya near Villagio.
