Urgent Help

My friend was working under X company and he finished his interview at Y and they send him an offer letter and they did everything fast. He joined Y company from July 1st week. Y company asked for the NOC and he resigned from X company and took NOC from them. Before joining Y, he rejected more than 3 offers.

Now last week Y company says my friend is giving poor performance so they dont need him. But the reality is he joined there as a Sales manager and went only two days in market. Every one will take atleast one month for the product and market study.

Now my friend is in deep trouble. He already took N.O.C from his old company and rejected 3 offers. He should return back if couldn't continue there in the 'Y' company. They ruined his career and life. Anything can be done?

tell him to start doing freelance work and eventually collect money to open up a business...

or apply to other places ... if he is good they will take him ....
