You may have problems securing a driving license also with the current change in regulations. Unless you are in a Engineer or Manager visa, its not of much use. You are just another worker. Obviously you cant get visa on arrival to Dubai either. Total of 10K is still less for a family.
I doubt on Sangeeta's welding skills so she must be happy with 5 K ......

what should be the minimum salary as a fresher of a production engineer??
in my offer letter it was mentioned that my postion will be production engineer is that ok or not?

Make sure the profession in your employment contract is stated as Mech Engr.
Check for the salary as you agreed with sponsor. The only drawback is that with this profession / designation, you cannot bring your wife on family RP visa. You may have to go for a change of profession later with sponsor letterm which is normally a cumbersome excercise.
