VISA question

hi friends i would like to ask that if question regarding visa. what documents are required to put name on an open visa? like i sent education documents to them but not attested,so they will issue visa or they will ask to make them attest before issuing visa? kindly reply.

Went through this recently. In fact, still going through it. I was told that certs must be attested and it is now mandatory. It wasn't in 2010 when I last went through the visa process but now....Signed contract early September, still waiting for visa and the delay was my attested certs.
