visa transfer

hello sir now i have a problem.my company has been closed.afetr this month they will closed every thing.but they are providing me a released paper and noc and computer card photocopy too.now i am trying to transfer my visa to other company but they are telling that its must be about 1 year time period in previous company.now my time is about 9 months running. Is there any time period or not? can i transfer my visa now or not?if i can what is the process plz tell me.

The best way should be to go home. Once you leave Qatar, your new sponsor can file your visa after all, you have an NOC (No Objection Certificate), which means that they don't have any objection if you return to Qatar ASAP. Talk to your new employer about this.
