Visa Transfer Reject, Please Help..!!

Dear All,

I was working in a Construction company for about last one year and I got release from my current employer, I already got new job and all visa transfer formalities have been done accordingly, unsucessfully my application has been rejected in immigration because there is no indian female visa in new company, now we are trying to transfer my work visa to my husband sponsorship, but my husband's salary is only 5,000/-, and my employer not even giving me chance to change the NOC or Release papers on my husband's name, he tolds that he will cancel my visa and will not provide NOC, I cannot cancel my visa because my family is here and how can I go back to my country... please help I m really in trouble.
