Visa under process since more than 1 month

Hello, my employment visa was applied since the 4th of September till today it's showing "under process" on MOI site, did anyone go through the same situation? ? And how long did it take for the visa to be issued.? I would be obliged if someone takes time to answer my questions. Thank you.

I asked the company several times, last time the pro told me that it's in security check, I don't know till when it will show "under process" . Thank you
