visit visa for cousin

hello.. i just need some advice and information.. my question is, is it possible for me to sponsor my first cousin?if so, what are the requirements? and how much will it cost? by the way, i am under my brother in law sponsorship and currently working at west bay. hope i'll get advises. thank you

Applicants will be asked to provide proof of accommodation (eg: hotel booking) and details of their return (or onward) travel, in addition to a copy of their passport with a minimum validity of six months.

i have read some comments about "free visa" and it was all stated that it is the same with working visa or "company visa". but thank you for your time @iswariya.
