VNC connectionhelp

Hi friends
need help regards to VNC connection

is anyone connecting lappy thru thru VNC (with Moziac) ?
i am getting below error, after testing the connection.
also i am using Thomson 585 router.

"VNC Server appears to be behind a NAT router with IP address 78.XXX.XX.XXX You will need to configure that router to forward port 5900 to this computer before you can connect to VNC Server over the Internet."

So all good people using VNC please reply to this post and help me out

had probs with port forwarding and Firewall..worked fine after that :-)

Here is some tips it may help you.

1- Go to your router in NAT area and open the port for remote access. i am not sure what exactly parameters is in your router. But you can do the similar.

Port : 5900 and put the IP address of your PC where VNC is installed.

2- Install teamviewer http://www.teamviewer.com/download/index.aspx

This is more easy with no configuration in router side.
