Vodafone Web Payment Gateway Issues

I have noticed for past few days that the vodafone online recharge through their payment gateway has issues. When I recharged, the recharging credit did not appeared in the mobile where as the money was debited from credit card!! Few days back when I tried for online recharge, even the pop up for entering bank password was not appearing, but I got prepaid credits creditd 3 times!! I also informed this to customer care, they advised me there is nothing to worry, you can call back us after 4 hours and by the time issues would be resolved!! Some Magic is going on in their site!!
