Vodophone Issue
Hi QL Buddies,
I wanted to bring you kind attention regarding vodophone poor service to the customare.
I have recharged my mobile 1st september around 12.10 pm and there is an offer going for double credit from 1st september, unfortunately my credit did not get double because i recharged just 40 mins before the announcement, whcih is very strange.
If the offer says 1 September means it is from Ist September 12.01 am to 11.59 pm 3rd September. I tried to explain all these things to customare care and sent the mails but i did not get any postive respond from me.
I lost 100 QR additional credit just because i recharged 40 mins before they set their IT to get autoamtically done.
My point is if it is 1st spetmember means it should anytime at 1st september.
I already register the complain in customer protection, and waiting for some solution. If any one face this same problem please complaint too.
why running behind offers?
vnraj96 what happened to you is a miss-perception. You did not loose anything. You just didn't get any bonus....
If u have vodophone pre paid service then they send normally the SMS and publish in their website. News paper very rare since it is very short time offer.
I have recharged Q-tel by the way before SMS and i got the offer.
My concern is 1st September means not 1 min before or after. They cannot send the offer in mid of the day it is against any busines law.
Offers normally starts from the time they set and they dont do as per customer timing as they have thousands of customers.
the same applies even if its 1 minute before the promotion starts:)
now Qtel has the same offer, why dont you try Qtel and compensate for loss ? :)
