In my offer letter, the employer did't mentioned termination of contract but they mentioned "Terminal Benefits: Your end of service benefits will be calculated according to the Qatari Labour Law then in force". Other terms and conditions not mentioned in this offer will be applicable as per Qatari Labour Law.
What is the termination clause in the offer letter? please read it.
I think company and employee can break the contract period issuing notice (notice period is also mentioned in that clause normaly) by either.
read it carefully. if any of such clause , and company serve a notice to you, you cannot claim anything unless any compensation offered in the contract.
my contract is one year, but they terminate me on 9th month because company wants to reduce manpower - no more projects. can i claim balance 3 month salary, bonus and other benefits.
