Please provide any one… what are the benefits the employee eligible to claim? if employer terminates them after probation period or before completing one year of service?
In my offer letter, the employer did't mentioned termination of contract but they mentioned "Terminal Benefits: Your end of service benefits will be calculated according to the Qatari Labour Law then in force". Other terms and conditions not mentioned in this offer will be applicable as per Qatari Labour Law.
