what to do in this sisituation?

Dear Firends,

 i want a guide for my problems.

 i am working with one of the compnay in qatar they not paid salary for almost 3 months and my visa is going to finished in 8th april. 

when i approched for emergency vacation for my father and ask for a new manager level visa (as they permoised it because to bring my family its mention in my contract and contract also finsihed i work 2 yr but they not give family visa) they verbally terminated and taken by company laptop.

compnay seinor people told that  they will send me in 2 days but now almost 3 weeks goen they not give termination letter, not give salary no given air ticket.

 i not paid loan form 2 months and house rent for 3 months not have money left with me.

 i just told them what  my 3 months salary 1 month termination salary and end of service benfit coes give to bank and leave me. they told they not have money.

 now my father is also medically unfit  they not give 5 days vacation also. where shall i go.

 the top people in compnay told wait for 1 week.

 i ask give me NOC they are not giving i told leave me they are not leaving  i ask emergency vacation they not give.  i ask salary they not give.

 after 30th no money to  buy food  and place to live

 what shall i do? where shall i go?.
