A friend was checking for traffic violations and he finds this "DRIVING UNHALLOWED MACHINES AND VEHICLES ON THE ROAD".

He never drives others vehicles and he is shocked to see this and really he is confused, any one has come across such violations

The translation of Arabic to English is not done by a qualified bilingual and the violation will be clearly written in arabic text.
