What is the procedure for attestation?

I wanted to ask, what is the procedure to attest my degree? Lets say i apply for a job & i get accepted. Both private & government companies needs attestation of degree? My degree is in IT hardware from Singapore

Your country embassy here should first attest your original or certified true copy documents then bring it to Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) for their stamp and there you go' Govt. offices will accept your documents as authentic....
