I am in need of buying a car my budget it below 15,000/=, what and where would be the appropriate place where i can get a second hand car ?

At the industrial area at street # 10. They have lots of cars there for sale specially on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays starting at about 4.00 pm every day. You will be spoilt for choice there
