Where to find the name of the building contractor or the engineer?

There is a big excavation near our house and its been 3 months since they stop digging and now its full of waste water and mosquitos.There is no billboard or permit board to know who is the contractor or engineer to contact.We informed Baladiya and they did survey but till now there is no action.I have small children and i'm afraid for their health.

If you write ARABIC send a text message to one of the newspapers here with the complaint, they show the numbers usually in the last &/or first page of each..they would publish it for you

If you have any Qatari Neighbour....just request him to lodge a complaint...The Municipal Affairs would do the wonders within no time.
