Where to get hold of Year 8 and 9 textbooks?
Hi to all, we just arrived in Doha about 2 weeks ago and are struggling to find schools (surprise!surprise!) for my eldest 2 sons (we have 5) The 2 eldest are 14 and 13. They have not been in school since February - we were in Australia before this where they start the new school year in Jan. They would be enrolling in Year 9 and 10 here in September (if we can get schools!) but in the mean time I am trying to get hold of some Year 7, 8, 9 textbooks and revision books to let them practise at home till we find the schools for them. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Many thanks

Does "I Spy" books in City Center have textbooks up to that grade?
As mentioned above, the schools in Doha that you are interested in might have some books they could let you borrow or buy. They might be able to point you in the direction of a book supplier at the very least. Maybe if you talk to the counselor or principal then you could get a grasp on the type of curriculum they offer, too.
Why dont you try the school thats the best place
