Its in the west bay area...IF you know the British Embassy in Westbay Area... But for MOFA you can not take your car inside... There is a big Mosque and in the parking lot there will be many buses standing(Karwa) you can get inside the bus.(Its free of charge). You say the location MOFA, they will scan you ID card and take you inside MOFA, After seal you can catch the next bus to come near your Car.... its very easy process no big que...

on the way to wakra -umsaeed road take right when you reach qtel round about and again right from the next roundabout and straight half kms i think 3rd service road entrance you will find a new bldg with qatar flag.remember it is just before reaching the next roundabout..
