gloomy. Love birds will lay eggs if your friend provide the necessary nest for them. If they are in a big cage provide them something to use as their nest to lay eggs and light should be minimum in the side of the entrance otherwise they will never lay eggs. They will be happy if the top part of the cage is dark where the nest is fixed.
