working Hours during Ramadan...

Hi,

In my company we are working 10 hrs per day. in the midle we have 2hrs break.(Except working Hrs)

and now during ramadan they have removed the break and we are working 8.5hrs.

Is this leagal in Qatar? we are not paied OT even...

In Qatar Law during Ramadan, what is the maximum working hours including OT? because we are working 10 hours. where we can find it? thanks

as per gov law for those who are fasting working hours is 25hours per week and those who are not fasting 36hours per week...

Working hour is maximum upto 6 hours.. rest you have to get OT..

According to the law you should be working only 36 hrs a week.

Your company should follow what is in the law.

based on the labor code here...during ramadan - working hours must be 6 hrs only.

In the Qatar law u have to work from 5hrs to 6hrs maximum.

10 hrs per day without OT is illegal......... in ramadan normal working hrs is 6hrs and maximum 8 hrs including 2 hrs OT.
