There is an ashtanga yoga class at al jazeera compound on saturdays mornings 10 am to 11.30.

Go try it.

Nice Geoffrey :) Also might try just downloading some yoga videos from iTunes (like the Anytime Yoga series). Easy and in your own home air conditioning.

I never went to any hotels or any yoga centers but one of my friend is here who is a good yoga teacher and i am going with him not in group with few of my friends. He was proffessionally teaching in Home Country also. (Done Masters in Yoga)

A lot of these sort of classes are cancelled to January :(

However I believe the Sheraton has one on a Friday morning.
