Renewal of my Son QID through Metrash2

Hi, i was trying to renew the QID of my son through Metrash 2 , but got the rejection message " fingerprint number not available please contact expatriates affairs department ".

Have anyone faced the same issue, what i should do next?.

Please note that my son is now around 17 n half years old.

It's simple: Contact Expatriate Affairs department. They will tell you what to do next.
