one of my frd working with one contg co and he already finished his one year in qatar . now he want to go back to india becas his mother was serious and she is admited in the hospital . but his current sponcer is not granting his leave appliication . now he want to go back to india and he infomred his emloyer to cancel his visa . but employer is not cancelling his visa also and he is not granting his emergency leave . pls advice us in this regards

He must lodge a complaint against his sponsor for not releasing him on emergency with the nearest police station and a copy must be forwarded to the consulate.
